Discharge Instructions - Radiology Over-Read

Radiology studies obtained in the Emergency Department after routine working hours are given a preliminary read by the Emergency Physician, in this case Dr. [Name].  These studies are reviewed by our Radiologist, and you will receive a call if there is any clinically significant discrepancy noted on this over-read.  

You should also follow up with your primary care provider to review all labs and imaging obtained in the Emergency Department, as there are occasionally recommendations for follow up.
